In my chair, I value and respect my clients’ time and commitments, as well as my own. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, I have established the following guidelines: 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Notice Period: I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Late Cancellations: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost may be applied. 2. No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be responsible for 30% of the scheduled service cost. 3. Late Arrivals: I understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you anticipate being late, please inform me as soon as possible. While I will do my best to accommodate late arrivals, appointments may need to be rescheduled if arrival is more than 15 minutes past the scheduled time. 4. Emergency Situations: I recognize that emergencies happen. In cases of illness, family emergencies, or other unforeseen events, please contact me promptly to discuss your situation. I may waive cancellation fees in such instances. 5.
